Cancellation Policy
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equaling 50% of your scheduled treatment should you cancel with less than 24 hour notification.
However, if you need to reschedule due to illness and it is within the 24 hour cancellation window, the cancellation policy does not apply, your well-being in the health of others are our top priority. We appreciate the honor system in these situations.
